As a reminder, this weekend is the CTSI’s Annual Nesika Illahee Pow-Wow. You can learn more here: https://ctsi.nsn.us/heritage/pow-wow/. Today at noon was the deadline for the pow-wow dance sponsorships and our online portal (and Leslie’s dogged work) brought in $9,350 in sponsorships. Huzzah!

- For ART Toledo this week, Sarah updated the website, created and sent out a survey to all the art vendors from AOB, and organized the supplies from the event at the office.

- The whole team was on-hand at Art, Oysters and Brews last weekend for setup, tear down and running the sound and music. Based on oyster consumption alone, it was the most successful AOB to-date!
- Stacie created a folder for sharing event pics/videos and added hers.

- CWEDD – Paul reviewed the SWOT survey that was developed by the EDD team in support of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy update project.

- Paul completed an updated CDS report for the SBA and sent it off. He also updated the grant funds tracking spreadsheet with all expenses thus far since 9/1/22.

- FailFest – Stacie confirmed pricing with Tyler and communicated desire to reserve Primaltones for 10/24. Waiting for deposit instructions. Paul put together an initial list of potential speakers for the event – he’ll reach out to them next week.

- Strategic Planning – Paul spent a few hours this week thinking through approaches to apply “challenge tests” to strategic planning projects/objectives to allow them to be tested against potential future challenges and obstacles.
